This is a temp-to-hire opportunity—meaning strong performance can lead to a full-time offer with great benefits and advancement potential.

Assembly Associate Duties:

  • Assemble automotive parts using hand and power tools
  • Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy and safety
  • Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Cross-train in multiple areas to expand your skillset
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Overtime available as needed

Pay: $19 per hour

Assembly Associate Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Ability to lift 20–25 lbs regularly
