About Us:
The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately and safely producing orders received through Will Call. This position is responsible for stocking the showroom and assisting with cleanup at the end of the day. Additionally, this role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring products are staged, tagged, and stocked, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position plays a key role in supporting customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are completed on time and inventory is presented professionally and accurately. The Order Fulfillment Associate provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers and demonstrates strict confidentiality with all team members while serving as an ambassador of our culture.

What We're Looking For:
โ€ข Basic understanding of pipe/tube fabrication.
โ€ข Experience using Warehouse Software Systems (TWL or CSD preferred).
โ€ข Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
โ€ข Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
โ€ข A positive attitude and ability to function independently and in a team setting.
โ€ข Strong mathematical aptitude with effective time management skills.
โ€ข Proficiency in English communication.
What You'll Do:
โ€ข Pick, pack, and tag Will Call orders accurately and safely.
โ€ข Load customer vehicles with products in a timely manner.
โ€ข Operate warehouse equipment, including order pickers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and shrink wrap machines.
โ€ข Assist with End-of-Day tasks, such as cleaning Will Call areas, maintaining the loading dock, and restocking the showroom.
โ€ข Follow company policies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with all safety standards and guidelines.
โ€ข Perform additional duties as assigned.
