Job description

Summary

The Corporate Partnerships Seasonal Intern assists and supports the activation team, as well as the corporate sales and strategy departments in all aspects of corporate deliverables including client service and correspondence, event support, and other department duties as assigned. The internship is designed to provide a recent college graduate with experience in a corporate sales, activation & strategy environment specifically relating to the sports industry. This is a 40-hour per week, hourly-paid position designed to support the Cleveland Browns Corporate Partnerships Team as well as ultimately position the Seasonal Intern for maximum success in their future roles.

This full-time internship will start August 2026 and last through March 31, 2027.

Duties

  • Assist the activation team with daily tasks under the supervision of team representatives
  • Assist in organizing and executing corporate partner activations and events
  • Ownership of game day duties including and not limited to on-site activation, photo capture, hospitality support
  • Support sales and strategy teams by researching key corporate partnership prospects
  • Assist the sales, strategy and activation teams with new business and renewal proposal generation
  • Assist with the organization and management of partnership inventory tracking reports
  • Research and generate the latest news related to the team's corporate partners
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in support of sales and activation efforts
  • General office duties including maintaining databases, inventory management, shipping needs

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work well independently within a team and results-oriented environment
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays as dictated by events or requirements
  • Desire to take on a variety of projects and continually learn
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Business or related fields is preferred
