Jayce Grayye Consulting and Recruiting is partnering with one of the top diamond wholesalers in the U.S. Our client is experiencing unprecedented growth and expanding its high performance inside sales team in Rochester, NY.

We’re looking for a hands on Sales Manager a true coach who leads from the floor, develops talent in real time, and inspires the sales team to perform at their best. If your passion is mentoring, coaching, and turning potential into results, this role puts you at the center of growth and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver real-time coaching, working alongside sales reps on calls to model best practices and refine skills
  • Onboard and train new hires, tailoring learning experiences to their strengths and areas for growth
  • Conduct daily 1:1 coaching sessions, call reviews, and role-playing exercises to reinforce consultative selling and process mastery
  • Lead by example, selling alongside the team to demonstrate the techniques and behaviors you teach
  • Track metrics and outcomes to measure training effectiveness and drive accountability
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience, ideally in a product-based or wholesale industry
  • 1–2+ years of experience coaching or mentoring sales reps, either formally or as a natural leadership function
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling, phone-based outreach, and CRM usage
