We are seeking a Partnership Manager for Xylem Vue!

The Partnership Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships that accelerate growth, innovation, and market adoption of Xylem Vue solutions. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to identify new business opportunities, build strong partner relationships, and create joint value propositions that support customer success and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will lead partnership strategy and execution, manage partner pipelines, support go-to-market initiatives, and ensure alignment between partner capabilities and Xylem Vue's digital water solutions. This position requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and leadership teams.

As part of the Partners team, you will play a critical role in nurturing relationships with existing partners, including water technology distributors, engineering consultants, and internal Xylem partners. You will also be responsible for identifying and cultivating new partnerships to help scale our digital water business. This role owns end-to-end accountability for partner performance and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing technology and channel partners
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with specific partners including sales channels, system integrators, consultants, and complementary technology vendors to ensure they achieve the established targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies across brands and offerings.
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities aligned with the company's digital water strategy.
  • Evaluate partnership performance and make recommendations for optimization and expansion.
  • Deliver compelling product and software demonstrations to partners, consultants, and prospective clients.
  • Serve as a technical translator between engineering, product, and commercial teams.
  • Work with the sales team to develop and advance projects and programs.
  • Act as a connector between business development efforts, sales, and technical execution.
  • Liaise with internal product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure partnerships are positioned for mutual success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater technology, engineering, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong technical understanding of water infrastructure
  • Experience working with or selling digital water technologies, including software platforms and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in managing external partnerships and strategic relationships.
  • Comfortable delivering software demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience at a water utility, engineering consulting firm, or water technology company.
  • Familiarity with SCADA, GIS, AMI/AMR, CMMS, or other water-related digital platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for partner engagement and industry events.

Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
