The Role
To support our continued growth, Nabla is expanding its team and seeking a Partnership Director to manage existing strategic reseller partnerships to drive revenue, accelerate implementation, and expand market reach. You will enable our partners to effectively sell and implement Nabla's solutions, driving mutual growth and success.
Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Creating plans to drive partnership sales, setting targets, and expanding the partner adoption amongst their clients.
  • Partner Onboarding Enablement: Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding tools for partners, focusing on product knowledge, sales positioning, and training/support best practices to maximize performance
  • Drive Sales and Adoption: Collaborate with partner sales teams to help close/win deals, troubleshoot any existing partner issues and ensure they have the tools needed to succeed in their sales efforts. Co-develop materials, including presentations, product demos, case studies, and other collateral to aid partners in their sales process.
  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends and partner feedback to refine enablement strategies and identify opportunities for growth
  • Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact, resolving conflicts, and nurturing long-term, productive partnerships with key stakeholders across the partner organization.
  • Performance Tracking: Measuring KPIs, monitoring, and reporting on partner sales performance to identify areas for improvement and celebrate success together.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product updates and promotions to partners

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in managing partner strategy in Healthcare SaaS
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner enablement programs
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Uses structured reasoning to solve problems; delivers clear, meaningful insights through written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and market insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and initiatives
  • Highly collaborative, with a passion for cultivating and maintaining strong partner relationships
  • Proactive and self-motivated; takes ownership and acts with minimal supervision
  • Adapts quickly to changing priorities and processes while maintaining strong organizational discipline
