  • Own and grow a portfolio of large, strategic client accounts in the Minneapolis market

  • Develop and strengthen executive-level relationships with existing clients and key target accounts

  • Partner with practice area leaders and business development leaders to expand managed accounts and identify new revenue opportunities

  • Provide billable advisory and/or project delivery to build deeper understanding of clients’ challenges and potential needs

  • Serve as an accountable leader for proposal development, including shaping solutions, pricing, and staffing and delivery needs

  • Provide quality assurance and oversight for consulting delivery to ensure exceptional client outcomes

  • Lead, coach, and support consultants and/or client managers, including career development and performance guidance

  • Become deeply fluent in Thought Logic’s full portfolio of offerings and align capabilities to client needs

  • Actively grow and strengthen Thought Logic’s professional network and market presence across Minneapolis

  • Work with practice area leaders, business development and alliance partners, consulting teams, and senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors


Requirements

  • Significant years of experience in management consulting, advisory services, or a related professional services environment

  • Experience with sales, account management, or revenue ownership responsibilities

  • Proven success expanding existing accounts and building long-term, multi-year client partnerships
