Opportunity
CACI is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Program Manager to lead a high-performing team within our Space Line of Business, supporting critical Intelligence Community (IC) initiatives. In this role, you will direct a major effort to design, develop, and deliver a next-generation spacecraft constellation orchestration solution-advancing systems vital to national security and shaping the future of space-based mission operations.
As the Program Manager, you will be the senior leader accountable for full program execution and the primary interface with our Government customer. You will define program strategy, drive technical excellence, and ensure coordinated delivery across multiple mission-critical lines of effort.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute the strategic vision for program delivery, ensuring alignment with customer mission needs, prioritization of resources, and a roadmap that enables consistent, high-quality performance.
  • Lead and inspire diverse development teams, maintaining a culture of efficiency, responsiveness, and technical rigor in support of sensitive intelligence missions.
  • Guide teams performing essential work including:
  • Agile software development of spacecraft orchestration applications
  • Integration with enterprise systems and mission workflows
  • User engagement in support of CONOP development and UI/UX refinement
  • Integration of advanced analytics, data science, and AI/ML capabilities
  • Ensure product teams consistently meet customer objectives, technical requirements, and development timelines.
  • Oversee all communication with Government partners to maintain transparency, alignment, and performance against contract requirements.
  • Provide leadership that enables the delivery of a breakthrough capability-one that transforms mission orchestration and strengthens strategic advantage against evolving global threats.
  • Produce comprehensive program reporting covering staffing, performance, finance, risk posture, and overall contract execution.
  • This position will be located at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA or Denver, CO and is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • 5+ years of program management experience, including leadership of Agile software development teams
  • Experience leading DoD or IC programs
  • Demonstrated success managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across multidisciplinary efforts
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage subcontractors and partners in fast-paced, operationally demanding environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience briefing senior leadership

Desired:
  • PMP, PgMP, or DAU equivalent certification
  • Certifications in Agile software development methodologies
  • Prior experience leading comparable programs within the Space domain supporting NRO, USSF, or similar organizations
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline
