  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Builder mentality with strong ownership, follow-through, and accountability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner Program Strategy & Design

  • Design, manage, and continuously evolve AMD’s GSI partner program framework globally and/or regionally
  • Develop scalable tiering models, competency frameworks, progression paths, certification requirements, and partner recognition structures
  • Define program governance, policies, lifecycle management, and operational standards from onboarding through scale

GTM Investment & Funding Programs

  • Develop and manage go-to-market funding programs including MDF, co-marketing investments, and solution development incentives
  • Establish investment frameworks that maximize pipeline creation, partner activation, and revenue impact
  • Measure ROI and optimize investments based on performance insights

Partner Enablement & Adoption

  • Lead enablement initiatives that ensure partners understand and fully adopt program benefits
  • Build playbooks, tools, competency journeys, and operational resources to support partner success

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to drive alignment
  • Operationalize partner programs through systems, workflows, dashboards, and sales integration
  • Ensure execution readiness across global stakeholders

Performance & Analytics

  • Track and report program performance including partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, program adoption, engagement, and ROI
  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting to measure business impact
  • Continuously refine programs based on partner feedback, market trends, and performance insights

AI & Operational Innovation

  • Support partner programs focused on AI infrastructure, cloud transformation, and next-generation enterprise workloads
