What you'll do

The Partner Operations Program Manager is the subject matter expert for our partner technology stack, data and analytics foundations, and partner tools and infrastructure. They are responsible for owning and maintaining key processes across the partner lifecycle, ensuring data quality, and providing clear visibility into program and partner performance across the partner journey. They will lead the roadmap for our partner tech stack and analytics capabilities to support a growing partner ecosystem and help Docusign achieve aggressive partner growth goals.

The Manager will be the operational lead of our Partner Programs, supporting the strategy, design and launch of new operational and strategic programs and partner benefits, as well as building improvements to partner setup, account management, and measurement of performance KPIs. They will focus on outcomes that drive simplicity, increase value, ensure data and process quality, and scale in support of a rapidly scaling organization.

They will partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Partner Programs and Success, Finance, Growth, Revenue Operations, Legal, Marketing, Enablement and Sales Development to design processes and systems, foster strong relationships, and ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.

This role requires excellent project management skills, a metrics- and insights-driven approach to prioritization, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead conversations and decisions across many internal organizations.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Director, Global Partner Operations.

Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the operational strategy and roadmap for partner programs, partnerships, and business processes related to how partners engage, service, and build with Docusign, including identifying opportunities to embed AI-driven automation and insights into core partner workflows

  • Define the partner data model, governance, and data quality standards across CRM and related systems, ensuring partner and program data is accurate, complete, and structured to support advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases

  • Aggregate, organize, and synthesize key partner performance information, using AI-enabled insights where appropriate, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership

  • Develop and launch new policies and processes; enable Partner teams and direct sales teams on partner mechanisms, processes, and workflows, ensuring compliance with Legal and Finance requirements

  • Lead efforts to create or improve partner infrastructure, including partner onboarding, partner engagement workflows, and strategic partnership implementation

  • Advocate for the partner organization by being a subject matter expert on partner strategy, business requirements, technology stack, and reporting

  • Architect and govern AI-driven support solutions in partnership with R&D teams

  • Integrate custom LLM embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and automation pipelines into support workflows

  • Establish quality-control frameworks, defining validation checkpoints and governance policies for AI outputs

  • Track AI performance metrics and drive continuous optimization based on accuracy and time savings

  • Champion cross-functional AI fluency forums to co-innovate with Product and Engineering teams

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a partner organization, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience in project and program management with quantifiable results

  • Experience managing or developing partner technology capabilities (e.g., PRM, partner portals, onboarding flows, asset management, and MDF)

  • Experience creating scalable processes and governance to support and grow a partner channel

  • Experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for reporting, workflows, and process automation

  • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs for partner programs, pipeline, revenue, and ROI

  • Ability to direct cross-functional teams, set clear priorities, and ensure quality and accountability

  • Ability to multitask, work under tight timelines, and collaborate with geographically distributed teams

Preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with large data sets and translate insights into recommendations

  • Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to stand up new programs and enhance existing programs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for a variety of audiences

  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve operational processes, data management controls, and governance

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau (or similar BI tools), with a track record of building dashboards and performance reporting

  • Experience with additional analytics tools and languages (e.g., advanced Excel; SQL or similar querying experience is a plus)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, operating in ambiguity, and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $132,700.00 - $206,800.00 base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $126,500.00 - $173,900.00 base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $126,500.00 - $182,500.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
