The Opportunity

Join Adobe as the Director, Partner Marketing Americas, and lead strategic joint marketing initiatives to drive ecosystem engagement and accelerate pipeline growth. This outstanding role offers the opportunity to build a significant impact in a fast-paced environment!

What you'll Do
  • Hire and develop a high-performing partner marketing team that consistently exceeds goals and expectations.
  • Foster collaboration across Partner Sales, Marketing, PR/AR, Sales, Product, and Enablement teams to deliver impactful plans, programs, and value.
  • Build and support collaborative marketing plans with our most strategic Global and Regional Systems Integrators, Agencies, and ISVs to generate leads and encourage business expansion.
  • Build positive and trusted relationships with external partner executives and internal Adobe leaders and collaborators through clear communication and regular business reviews.
  • Equip partners with the content, assets, campaigns, plays, and tools needed to deploy demand generation campaigns and tactics.
  • Activate partner solutions by employing distinct market entry methods and carrying out joint marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor critical goals and metrics, analyze performance, and recommend actions to improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, and return on investment.
What you need to succeed
  • Proven experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, partner sales, or B2B marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting and leading high-performing teams across the Americas that consistently meet and exceed key objectives including pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence collaborators at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results.
  • Analytical outlook with experience in reporting, performance optimization, and standard methodology sharing across the region.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field, experience with Adobe products.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $157,300 -- $315,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $217,600 - $315,100 In New York, the pay range for this position is $217,600 - $315,100

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
