Job description

Responsibilities
  • Develop Partner Marketing strategies: Develop and implement a partner marketing strategy that supports business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Generate pipeline: Drive overall development and implementation of partner-specific marketing plans that align with named account and revenue targets.
  • Create compelling content: Collaborate with the demand generation, content and creative teams to develop and produce partner marketing assets including case studies, demand generation offers, joint solution briefs, webinars, events, and more to strengthen brand and grow demand.
  • Drive performance optimization: Establish metrics and KPIs to track and measure the success of partner marketing initiatives and campaigns, and continually optimize programs to improve performance.
  • Cultivate relationships: Manage and grow joint marketing commitments, activities and funding with prioritized partners.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of increasing responsibility in partner marketing, alliances, or business development in a technology company.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise software, and HR technology.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful partner marketing campaigns and programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
