As we continue to expand our client base and service offerings, we are seeking a Business Development Manager who can drive new business growth, build long-term partnerships, and help us strengthen our presence in key industries.
Key Responsibilities
โขDevelop and execute business development strategies to expand client relationships in targeted sectors (IT, biotech, engineering, manufacturing, etc.).
โขIdentify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
โขBuild and maintain relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and C-level executives across mid- to large-size organizations.
โขCollaborate closely with the recruiting team to align client needs with recruitment delivery capabilities.
โขNegotiate service agreements, pricing structures, and partnership terms.
โขMonitor market trends and provide feedback on competitive insights and potential growth areas.
โขRepresent the company at industry networking events, webinars, and online communities.
Qualifications
โขBachelorโs degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
โข3+ years of experience in business development, client partnership, or salesโpreferably within recruitment, staffing, or RPO industries.
โขStrong understanding of full-cycle recruitment or staffing solutions.
โขProven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
โขExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
โขSelf-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
