YOUR IMPACT:
This role is all about strategic relationship management. You will own an assigned set of regional partners, acting as their trusted advisor to ensure they thrive using Alarm.com's suite of products. Your day-to-day will look like this:

  • Empower Partners & Drive Growth: Develop deep connections with your assigned partners. You will actively educate them on our latest product releases and features to influence their sales activity, ensuring their business thrives while contributing to your territory's overall revenue growth.
  • Collaborative Field Strategy: Partner closely with your territory's field Account Executive and the Sales Operations team to identify high-potential target dealers and execute coordinated, win-win sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the internal voice of the partner, interfacing with Dealer Operations, Sales Support, Product Management, and Marketing to ensure a flawless customer experience.
  • Be the Face of Alarm.com: Take the relationship beyond the phone by representing the company at industry association meetings, trade shows, and networking events.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
  • Proactive Outreach: You are comfortable picking up the phone. You have experience making consistent, strategic outbound calls to engage both existing and prospective partners, keeping them informed and motivated.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience using CRM/sales automation products (like Salesforce.com) to track your pipeline and manage your daily workflow.
  • Communication Skills: You are a natural conversationalist who can drive productive business discussions and feels completely comfortable presenting in front of audiences.
  • Mobility & Collaboration: Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time, and excited to collaborate in-person with the team at our Tysons Corner office 4 days a week.
