Job description

Company Overview:
Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy built on a simple conviction: medicine should fit the patient, not the other way around. We started Strive because we believed the pharmaceutical industry was overdue for a more human approach-one that prioritizes individualized care, clinical nuance, and genuine partnership with patients and providers.
Compounding gives us the tools to do that. Every formulation we prepare is built to the specific needs of a specific person, and every interaction we have is guided by that same commitment to personalized care.
We're growing, and we're looking for people who share that conviction. If you're ready to be part of a pharmacy that takes the work seriously and the people even more seriously, we'd like to meet you.
Mission:
Strive exists to disrupt an industry long overdue for a more personal approach to care. We put the human element at the center of everything: every formulation, every patient interaction, every provider partnership. We're not just a compounding pharmacy. We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (US)
Position Overview:
As an Account Executive (AE) for Strive Compounding Pharmacy's Partnerships team, you will be responsible for expanding and managing enterprise and key strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with executives and c-suites. Your primary goal is to ensure these partnerships thrive while delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. You will also self source new Partners to ensure a strong pipeline and also help Strive thrive in new markets. This position requires someone with strong communication, consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management & Growth:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
    • Drive business growth through new account acquisition and expanding the service offerings within existing accounts.
    • A hunter mentality and drive to find new strategic accounts that open our business to new markets.
  • Consultative Sales:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to business owners, c-suites and top level executives. Understanding their needs, educating them on Strive's products, and providing custom compounding pharmacy solutions.
    • Present product offerings and demonstrate value, focusing on how Strive's services can improve patient care as well as scale their business.
  • Client Onboarding & Training:
    • Lead the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring smooth integration with Strive's services.
    • Provide training on Strive's products and pharmacy services to new partners and continuously support their needs.
  • Market Insights & Feedback:
    • Stay informed about market trends, the competitive landscape, and new innovations in the industry.
    • Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams to help shape product and service enhancements.

Required Qualifications:
  • 4 years in an account management or sales role working with enterprise customers. [Preferred experience in pharmaceutical]
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for tracking sales performance and client interactions.
  • Experience and confidence in sourcing and closing new leads.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the telehealth industry and compounding pharmacy services.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex client needs.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily based in a remote work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
Annual Salary
$125,000-$130,000 USD
Join Us in Making an Impact:
At Strive, the work is real and the impact is direct. Every role here contributes to a patient experience that's more personal, more attentive, and more human than what most people have come to expect from a pharmacy. Apply today and help us raise the bar.
Benefits/ Perks:
Strive Pharmacy offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
  • Employer-paid healthcare coverage, effective the 1st day of the following month of your hire date
  • Free Strive compounded medications for employees based on a valid patient-specific prescription from a licensed healthcare provider
  • Paid time off
  • Sick time
  • FSA and HSA options
  • Parental leave
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Life insurance
