Position Overview

As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, helping to create a positive and memorable stay. You will provide customer service, assist with planning and reservations, and support daily administrative operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a welcoming guest experience by greeting, checking in guests, and providing helpful information about the resort and Sedona area
  • Assist guests with payments, pre-authorizations, and booking lodging, dining, and local experiences
  • Create personalized itineraries and provide recommendations for attractions, shows, and restaurants
  • Address guest questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, timely information
  • Coordinate reservations and partnerships with local vendors, tour operators, and entertainment providers
  • Prepare and distribute vouchers for shows, dining, and guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate daily reporting, including tour counts, arrivals, no-shows, and updates for sales and management teams
  • Support daily operations by preparing tour profiles, updating schedules, maintaining a clean lobby, and completing end-of-day reporting

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
