Job Summary:
A Rossville Consolidated School District Custodian has the primary duty to ensure that their assigned area within the school facilities is clean, safe, and well-maintained. This responsibility includes floor care, general cleaning, trash removal, facility set-up, snow removal, minor maintenance, and some lifting.
Qualifications:
The employee may work up to 29 hours per week. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. The employee shall have a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED). Employees are expected to work with custodial staff in maintaining the school as a safe, clean, and healthy environment for students and staff.
