Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct assistance to Assistant Dean.
2. Support comprehensive graduate recruitment strategy, including coordination of digital and hard copy mailings to admitted students, event planning and participation, coordination of student visits, and direct communication.
3. Create written, video and audio content about the graduate programs, students, alumni, and faculty that supports social media, the School's website, and other promotion.
4. Communicate with admitted students to promote the School and its programs, as required, by telephone, email, and in person visits.
5. Organize and participate in University and School recruitment events.
6. Supervise student workers.
7. Carry out research projects including surveys, data analysis and reporting.
8. Perform other tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year office experience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
Must be available weekends and evenings
