FIRST TEAM TOYOTA HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A PART TIME RECEPTIONIST
First Team Toyota is now hiring a part-time Receptionist for the afternoon/evening and weekend shifts. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons/nights from 2:00pm to 8:00pm, Saturdays from 8:00am to 6:00pm and the last 2 Sundays of the month from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.
At First Team, we are committed to delivering exceptionalservice experiences while fostering a collaborative and supportive workenvironment. Our team members play a critical role in building lasting customerrelationships and driving the success of our service operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Answers all incoming phone calls.
  • Directs Caller to appropriate Department or Individual.
  • Receives payments for the Sales and Finance Departments.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Closes Repair Orders for the Service Department.

Experience and Skills
Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, oradministrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
