Clinic Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Spokane, WA
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule:
  • 3-5 days per month
  • Evenings and weekends required
  • Schedule provided 1+ month in advance
Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Clinic Coordinator to support daily clinic operations and deliver excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
  • Greet claimants and assist with check-in and paperwork
  • Respond to client inquiries and handle calls professionally
  • Address concerns and escalate issues as needed

Clinic Support
  • Chaperone exams and assist providers throughout the day
  • Prepare and clean exam rooms
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately

Administrative Tasks
  • Scan, fax, email, and manage medical documents
  • Enter and maintain data in internal systems
  • Verify information with external agencies as needed

Compliance & Quality
  • Follow HIPAA and company policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of all records
  • Meet department standards and performance metrics
Qualifications
Required:
