Compensation: $800 per day, with a daily guarantee for the first three months. The position also offers 30% of production.

This is more than a typical part-time associate position.

Our practice is a single-owner private practice where you will work alongside an experienced dentist and a highly efficient clinical team. The practice has been recently renovated and expanded to a 10-operatory office, allowing us to accommodate a high volume of patients while maintaining a focus on quality care.

With approximately 100 new patients each month, you'll have the opportunity to diagnose and treat a wide variety of cases while building your clinical experience.

The Friday and Saturday schedule also makes this an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to increase income without committing to a traditional full-time schedule.

As a Part-Time Associate Dentist, you'll provide comprehensive dental care to new and existing patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations
• Diagnose oral health conditions and develop treatment plans
• Provide restorative and general dental procedures
• Evaluate new patients and identify treatment needs
• Educate patients about treatment options and oral health
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered dental care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work closely with the dental team to coordinate patient care
• Refer and collaborate with other providers when appropriate
• Follow established clinical and safety protocols
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patient communication

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Active dental license in Texas or eligibility for Texas licensure
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Desire to continue developing clinical skills
