  • Host engaging 30โ€“45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates
  • Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit
  • Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy
  • Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation
  • Represent our companyโ€™s culture and values in every conversation
