Turing is looking for candidates who have solid experience in advanced clinical practice, diagnosis, and patient management, particularly at the level expected for licensed Nurse Practitioners working in hospital, outpatient, or specialty care settings.

Role Overview:
  • In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models using your advanced clinical expertise and patient care experience.
  • No prior AI experience is required.
  • These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field by improving clinical reasoning, diagnostic support, and patient communication.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:
  • Design and solve real-world clinical and diagnostic scenarios to test AI reasoning and accuracy.
  • Write clear, structured explanations covering diagnosis, treatment planning, patient education, and evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to enhance models’ understanding of medical terminology, documentation, and clinical judgment.
  • Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, safety, and adherence to professional clinical standards. 

Requirements:
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical, hospital, or specialty care setting.
  • Active NP certification and license in the U.S. (or equivalent jurisdiction).
  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain complex clinical reasoning clearly and precisely.
