Job description

Remote Nurse Practitioner 

We are seeking a dedicated, sharp, and autonomous Remote Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team for overnight on-call coverage. In this role, you will provide critical clinical decision-making and cross-coverage support from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will serve as the first contact for floor nurses, handling acute changes in patient conditions, managing admissions, and ensuring patient safety throughout the night—all from the comfort of your remote workspace.

  • Active and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
  • Minimum of 2 years of advanced practice experience in inpatient care, acute care, or hospital medicine recommended.
  • Must be Acute care trained. 
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a secure, private remote workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations.
  • High proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic) and telehealth platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, triage, and independent clinical decision-making skills under pressure
