What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Recruiter, youโ€™ll be the first connection between our company and potential candidates.
Your goal is to identify, contact, and engage qualified professionals using our provided candidate lists. Youโ€™ll help guide them through the initial steps of our recruiting process while keeping everything organized and running smoothly.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Reaching out to candidates from a provided list

  • Managing the first step in the hiring process โ€” from initial contact through a simple online form

  • Tracking candidate progress in our easy-to-use applicant tracking system

  • Communicating effectively with candidates and hiring managers
