Starting pay is $12.77/hour


SSI is seeking a receptionist to assist with greeting visitors, answering phone calls and basic administrative support.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ยท Ensure effective telephone, mail and email communications both internally and externally

ยท Greet visitors, answer telephone inquiries routing calls to the appropriate personnel

ยท Manage conference room reservations and organize all aspects for meetings

ยท Assist with large mailings

ยท Arrange and coordinate meetings

ยท Maintain general office inventory

ยท Update various spreadsheet sheets and other general administrative duties as needed


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

ยท Detail oriented with strong planning and organizational skills

ยท Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral

ยท Basic computer literacy, capable of functioning in an independent capacity
