As the first point of contact for our dealership, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our dealership.

Schedule Requirements:
  • Must be available to work evenings, Saturdays, and holidays when the dealership is open.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Prepare, maintain, and stock the dealership café area.
  • Keep the café and customer waiting areas clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Monitor inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Process customer purchases and accurately handle cash transactions.
  • Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
