Job Title: Receptionist Job Type: Full-time Shift: 8 am to 8 pm on a rotating schedule. Experience true work-life balance with a flexible 2–3-day rotating schedule and every other weekend off! Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.25/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

What You'll Do:

  • Greets and assists visitors along with assisting in maintaining the lobby area
  • Answers main-line switchboard; answers questions, takes messages and routes calls as required
  • Monitors designated emergency panels; alerts appropriate staff for concerns and occurrences
  • Keeps daily record of residents leaving and returning to community
  • May provide administrative support across community as assigned Keeps informed about community events, special scheduling and other daily functions
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multitasking Experience: Proven experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Administrative Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative role.
  • Microsoft Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
