Woodside Rehab & Nursing is under new management and is now a Vierra Communities property! We are seeking a receptionist for every other weekend. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and employees, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is responsible for managing multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate personnel. By performing these duties with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, the Receptionist supports smooth daily operations and enhances overall office productivity. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the positive image and operational efficiency of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with office software and copy machines.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage multiple phone lines, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
