Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Job description:
The Receptionist will manage all front desk operations of the office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day office functions.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
* Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
* Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office supply management
* Handle confidential information with discretion
* Provide general support to staff and management as needed

- Minimum 3 years of receptionist experience within the construction industry or anny related industries
- Experience in doing basic office administration work
- Experience with high volume calls, emails, etc..
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
