Receptionist (Part-Time – Evenings & Weekends)
Schedule:

  • Wednesday & Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM
    May require flexibility to work other evenings as needed.

Are you friendly, professional, and organized? The Gardens is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate person or department
  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm, helpful manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to all facility guests and staff
  • Maintain knowledge of facility layout and personnel to direct inquiries accurately
  • Retrieve and manage files as needed
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator

Qualifications:

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using phones, computers, and basic office software
  • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
  • Post-high school education or training preferred
