The Receptionist at our Wellness Spa is the first point of contact for our clients, embodying our commitment to excellence in service and customer care. The role involves managing front desk activities, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling incoming calls, checking out clients, opening and closing spa duties, maintaining spa, updating records and more.
