Lighting Quality Control Technician | Prepare the Gear. Ensure the Quality. Power Live Events.
LMG is seeking a Lighting Quality Control Technician to support live event productions through equipment preparation, testing, quality control, and inventory operations. This role is responsible for ensuring lighting equipment is properly staged, tested, maintained, and show-ready before deployment to productions around the world.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Lighting Quality Control Technician, you will support warehouse operations and quality control processes to ensure lighting equipment meets company and client standards.
โ€ข Equipment Inspection - Visually examine lighting equipment and components to identify cleaning, repair, or preparation needs
โ€ข Quality Control - Perform testing and functional checks to ensure equipment operates properly under show conditions
โ€ข Cosmetic Repairs - Complete minor repairs, routine cleaning, and replacement of labels as needed
โ€ข Case Preparation - Inspect shipping cases and complete basic repairs including foam placement and case organization
โ€ข Order Fulfillment - Review show orders, manifests, and rental reservations to ensure equipment packages are complete and accurate
โ€ข Inventory Support - Locate missing order elements, identify discrepancies, and report repair requirements
โ€ข Warehouse Organization - Maintain organized inventory storage using warehouse binning systems and safe equipment handling practices
โ€ข Show Preparation - Stage and prepare equipment for shipment while ensuring all ancillary components are included
โ€ข Truck Loading Support - Assist with loading trucks and positioning cases to ensure safe transport and balanced loads
โ€ข Operational Excellence - Support overall warehouse efficiency, cleanliness, and equipment readiness
What We're Looking For
โ€ข 1-3 years of warehouse, inventory, or audiovisual experience preferred
