Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Project Assistant to join our Environmental Team in Casper, WY. This is a part-time role that will support office operations. Individual will be required to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
Role accountabilities:
As a Project Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our project managers, engineers, and field teams to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. You will assist with preparing project reports, organizing and maintaining project documentation, and ensuring important records are accurately filed and readily accessible.
In this role, you will scan and manage site documents, maintain laboratory and project data files, and help track project progress through spreadsheets and reporting tools. You'll work closely with project managers to provide status and schedule updates and support a variety of administrative project management functions.
You will also serve as a key point of support for engineers, contractors, and field personnel by helping coordinate information, responding to project-related emails, and assisting with day-to-day project needs. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and apply appropriate tools and processes to complete work accurately and efficiently. You'll help facilitate and document project processes, support training and compliance requirements, and contribute to maintaining company standards and quality expectations.
Most importantly, you'll be an integral member of the project team, providing reliable administrative and project support that helps our projects and people succeed.
