Position Summary

The Casual Part-Time Administrative Support role provides responsive and reliable administrative assistance to the Leadership Team. This position supports day-to-day operations by coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and assisting with communication and organizational tasks.

The Casual Part-Time Administrative Support position will require the successful candidate to work flexible hours throughout the week.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide general administrative support to members of the Leadership Team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics (rooms, virtual links, agendas)
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports
  • Take meeting notes and assist with follow-up action items as required
  • Support correspondence, including email drafting and tracking responses
  • Assist with data entry, basic reporting, and record management
  • Support special projects
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information

 Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be proactive, optimistic and have worked in a dynamic environment where they have experience delivering on multiple priorities and will hold the following qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or similar tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to work towards a common goal and vision.
