Our tutoring programs accelerate academic results because we tailor each element to the student's unique needs. As a leader in the tutoring and test prep industry, our success is attributed not only to our highly acclaimed instructional programs but also to the qualified professionals committed to helping students achieve success each day.

Hours:
  • Part-time 15 - 25 hours per week. Flexible schedule.
  • Summer Hours: 9am-7pm Monday-Thursday
  • School Year Hours: Monday-Thursday 2pm-8pm, and Saturday 8am-2pm.
  • Closed Fridays and Sundays.

The Program Coordinator’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:
  • Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones/emails/texts, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
  • Managing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
  • Owning administrative duties and office organization.
  • Administering student academic evaluations.
  • Regularly teaching students in multiple grade levels.

For success, the Program Coordinator must have:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (required).
  • 1 year of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
  • Must love working with kids and be able to tutor students in multiple grade levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships.
