Requirements
What You'll Do:
As a Controller, you will:
Lead accounting relationships for a portfolio of clients
Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
Review and analyze financial statements
Serve as a high-level accounting resource for complex issues
Support and mentor bookkeeping teams
Collaborate with internal teams on special projects and process initiatives
This role focuses on oversight, advisory work, problem-solving, and relationship management.
Weโre looking for someone who is:
Comfortable leading client relationships independently
Friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator
Experienced in accounting for multiple small businesses or organizations
Highly organized and self-motivated
Adaptable and comfortable learning new technologies
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Ideal backgrounds may include:
Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is required. We work with clients using a wide variety of tools and platforms, so adaptability is important.

Schedules are flexible outside recurring collaboration windows with our international team. Team collaboration hours generally occur several mornings per week around 9:00โ11:00 a.m. ET
