Requirements
What You’ll Do

As a Controller, you will:

  • Lead accounting relationships for a portfolio of clients

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients

  • Review and analyze financial statements

  • Serve as a high-level accounting resource for complex issues

  • Support and mentor bookkeeping teams

  • Collaborate with internal teams on special projects and process initiatives

This role focuses on oversight, advisory work, problem-solving, and relationship management.

  • Experienced in accounting for multiple small businesses or organizations

Ideal backgrounds may include:

  • Controller/CFO

Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is required. We work with clients using a wide variety of tools and platforms, so adaptability is important.
