Job description

We are a growing recruiting firm seeking a proactive Sales Representative who specializes in outbound outreach. This role is all about generating new business by initiating conversations, building relationships, and introducing our recruiting services to companies that need hiring support.

This is the perfect position for someone looking to make some extra cash. This is part time/side job only.

Position has the potential to join the recruiting team if you meet the expectations.

Pay is based on each new contract signed and commission only.

We will supply you with everything you need for this position.

Position is 100% remote!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition through high-volume outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, networking).

  • Identify and qualify prospects who need recruiting or staffing support.

  • Conduct brief discovery calls to understand hiring needs and position our services.

  • Coordinate with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff and strong service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate outreach activity and pipeline updates in the CRM.

  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and sales goals.

  • Will have to meet KPI expectations

Qualifications

  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (staffing/recruiting experience is a plus).

  • Strong ability to communicate, build rapport quickly, and handle objections.

  • Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.

  • Organized and capable of managing a large pipeline of prospects.
