Part-Time Operations Support Assistant
(Part Masters, Process & Documentation Support)
Location: Bremen, IN
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible hours within core business operations
Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Support Assistant to support the Assistant to the VP of Operations with daily operational tasks, documentation, and data upkeep. This role will also provide secondary support to the Process Manager, primarily focused on part masters, revisions, and process documentation.
Primary Support - Assistant to the VP of Operations
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support
  • Assist with tracking, updating, and closing action items
  • Prepare, update, and format operational documentation
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation systems

Part Masters & Data Accuracy
  • Update, revise, and audit part masters
  • Document part changes and revisions accurately
  • Identify and assist with correcting outdated or inconsistent data

Secondary Support - Process Manager
  • Support documentation tied to process changes
  • Assist with maintaining process and standard work documentation
Documentation & Business Writing
  • Draft and revise process documentation
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and action trackers
