Customer Support & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Friday-Sunday)
Join our team as a Part Time Customer Service Representive and play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our growing garden center. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and general inquiries
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and direct calls as needed
- Create, update, and maintain signage, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform basic administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Assist team members as needed to keep the garden center running smoothly
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, especially over the phone
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and typing skills (email, simple data entry, etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be dependable and have a positive attitude
