Job Title: Lot Operation Staff


Job Type: Full-time


Location: [Virginia Beach, VA]


We are currently seeking a Lot Operation Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lot and providing excellent customer service to our dealers.


Responsibilities:

- Help with the day-to-day operations on the lot

- Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees

- Assist dealers with their needs and provide excellent customer service

- Direct traffic flow and ensure vehicles are parked in an orderly manner

- Monitor the lot for any suspicious activity and report any incidents to management

- Assisting with lot inventory and moving inventory to appropriate locations

- Perform routine maintenance on lot equipment and report any issues to management



Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic computer skills

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work outside.
