Job description

Are you a dedicated, reliable individual with a passion for cars and exceptional organizational skills? Cavalier Mazda is seeking a Lot Attendant/Parts Driver to support our dealership operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot and service lanes.
  • Tag service vehicles, gather customer information, and perform walk-arounds to inspect for damage.
  • Assist with parking and organizing test-drive vehicles.
  • Manage key inventory, ensuring all keys are cataloged and accounted for.
  • Deliver vehicles to various locations as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain tire pressure and fuel levels on vehicles.
  • Support the service department by locating vehicles for managers, technicians, and service advisors.
  • Promptly check in early bird and towed vehicles, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Deliver parts to the shop or customers, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
  • Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  • Unpack and ship materials following authorized documents, such as invoices or return merchandise requests.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the parts warehouse and service areas.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience as a valet or parking attendant is a plus.
  • Ability to operate a variety of cars, light trucks, and vans safely.
  • Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
