Part-Time Office Administrator (Hybrid) | 10–15 Hours/Week | Charlevoix, MI

Location: Charlevoix, MI
Schedule: Hybrid | Approximately 10–15 hours per week
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Carve Electric is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to support our growing electrical contracting business. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, staying organized, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is a hybrid position with approximately 3–5 hours in our Charlevoix office one day per week, with the remaining work completed remotely on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage company voicemail and phone messages
  • Monitor and organize company email inboxes
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Create and manage job postings for open positions
  • Request, track, and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and W-9 forms
  • Enter and maintain customer information in QuickBooks Online
  • Assist with permit applications and permit tracking
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Receive and record customer payments and checks in QuickBooks Online
  • Provide general administrative support to ownership and field operations
  • Assist with document organization and office recordkeeping

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
