Winterwood, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our property management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in keeping an office organized and running smoothly.

This Is a Part-Time Role – Full-Time Availability Will Not Be Considered

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Part-time (22.5 hours per week)
  • Work Schedule: Mon, Wed & Fri 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure confidentiality of all resident and company information
  • Assist with filing systems and document organization
  • Support after-hours emergency call procedures as needed
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the team
  • Assist with duties outside their primary responsibilities during busy periods or when supporting team coverage
