We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to support our daily operations. This role is key to keeping our office organized, finances accurate, and communication flowing smoothly between clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain financial records
- Prepare and send invoices
- Communicating with clients and vendors
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized files and documentation
Requirements
- Experience in bookkeeping and/or office administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
