Job Title: Entry Level Office Clerk

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry Level Office Clerk to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions, agreements, and invoices.

- Provide clerical support to the billing and accounting departments, including data entry, filing, check production, and document management.

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Oversee vehicle inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

- Prepare and distribute internal reports, ensuring all communications are clear, precise, and timely.

- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate and cost-effective stock levels.

- Process daily deposits and perform reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
