Join our team as an entry level Data Entry/Asset Administrator, where you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate purchasing data, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day to day operations within our equipment and asset management environment.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Processing - Enter accurate data into Coupa to generate purchase orders in alignment with company policies and timelines

Data Integrity & Issue Resolution - Identify and report data discrepancies, collaborating with the Asset Supervisor to ensure corrections are completed promptly

Record Management - Maintain organized, compliant records of purchase orders and supporting documentation

Order Updates & Amendments - Adjust purchase orders to reflect changes in delivery schedules, quantities, or vendor information, ensuring all updates are accurately captured in JDE

Administrative & Team Support - Provide general administrative assistance to the Asset Supervisor and procurement team, supporting communication and workflow efficiency Documentation & Compliance - Ensure procurement files, documents, and reference materials are current, properly stored, and easily accessible

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, procurement, or a related administrative role
  • Experience with ERP systems; JDE , Coupa experience is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior exposure to purchase order processes is an asset
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Commitment to accuracy, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence

  • Hybrid based in Leduc (1 day in office)
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
