Job description

This position entails managing the landscaping back office work for two crews from start to finish. This includes everything from posting position for labor, prequalifying customers on the phone, setting the apt for sales, performing all the follow up, scheduling, customer service, and booking landscaping expenses to quickbooks, job costing each job daily. Must be able to be self organized. 

This is a new position I am very excited to add. Its a manageable position, a happy position so to speak. We are A+ rated with the BBB, we have over 15 years in business, we are small but stable and solid! This position is to provide the best customer service for our customers that exists! They are happy now so we want to make them even more happy! 

This position requires a person to be able to work along and to problem solve. 

There is opportunity for growth once proven. 

5 paid holidays plus 5 paid PTO. 

Candidate must have experience with quickbooks, must be  problem solver, must be precise with attention to detail, must be customer service oriented, must be reliable and must have some sales background. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years office experience.
