Part-Time Shop & Office Assistant

KJM Motorsports – Denver, NC

KJM Motorsports is a racing team and motorsports shop specializing in dirt racing operations, parts, and performance support. We are looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Shop & Office Assistant to help support day-to-day shop and office operations.

This position is a mix of office work, inventory organization, and general shop support in a fast-paced motorsports environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Billing & invoicing
  • Checking in freight and parts orders
  • Pricing and labeling inventory
  • Organizing inventory and paperwork
  • Assisting with social media posting/content
  • General shop and office support

Qualifications:

  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a shop environment
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Willing to learn and take initiative
  • Basic computer and social media skills preferred
