WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide a combination of Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine at our Crawfordsville Franciscan WorkingWell Clinic and West Lafayette Express Care. Candidate will find a strong mentorship amongst group. Working Well provides healthcare to patients > 6 months of age and across all aspects of their daily lives. From workplace-related care to acute/continuity visits, our providers provide a full spectrum of care. Service lines include:

  • Working Well Occupational Health

  • Franciscan Express Care

  • HealtheAccess

WHAT WE NEED:

The ideal candidate demonstrates an eagerness to learn, the ability to perform critical thinking/decision making, and possesses a strong background in Primary Care/Urgent Care. Occupational Medicine experience is preferred but not required. The candidate should have strong communication skills to develop rapport with patients, client companies, and facilitate excellent patient experience. The following skills are preferred, but not required; training will be provided:

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Clinic Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

  • No call expectation

  • Willing to obtain DOT certification

  • Basic X-ray interpretation (all studies are read by a radiologist)

  • Laceration repair

  • Minor procedures

  • Basic EKG interpretation

  • Strong mentorship
