We are currently searching for a Part Time Temp to Perm Office Assistant for our client located in Waukegan, IL. This is a Part-Time office role with hours 9:00am-3:00pm M, T, TH, F

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to support daily operations for our client, a well-established independent insurance agency. This role involves assisting clients, answering phones, managing administrative tasks, and supporting agents to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients in person and handle incoming phone calls and emails
  • Provide basic information about insurance policies and services
  • Maintain and organize client records and files
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
  • Support agents as necessary
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and workspace is organized

Qualifications:
