To thrive as a Part Time Nursing Informatics Specialist, you generally need a nursing degree, RN licensure, and foundational knowledge of health informatics or clinical information systems. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) platforms, data analytics tools, and relevant certifications such as ANCC Nursing Informatics are highly valued.
